The Bay Games (Nov 9–10, Jervis Bay) is more than a fitness event - it’s a chance to test your training, join a supportive team, and have a good time.
Whether you’re backing yourself for the first time or you’ve been here before, this is your 10 week block which will ensure you’re showing up prepared, confident, and a part of something bigger.
