    This is our bread and butter program. All levels welcome - Our coaches have your back. Whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned pro. Our Program caters to deliver constant progressions throughout strength and conditioning, gymnastics/ body awareness and olympic lifting. We deliver our expert guidance and prioritise a strong friendly community .

    Mat Pilates

    (coming April 2025)

    Mat Pilates focuses on strength and stability of your CORE, glutes and shoulders.

    Classes cater to all levels and are programmed around building a strong base.

    These classes allows athletes to balance out their week with some lower impact classes and variety.

    Our gymnastic program allows our clients to knuckle down on all the intricate skills to be confident on the rig, rings, upside down or gym floor.

    We have an experienced team that delivers amazing results.

    These are a community favourite

    We get together, Train hard, Sweat hard, Laugh, Hurt and Push each other to their best.

    This is where we practice for up and coming competitions, Long conditioning pieces and Team training.

  • Fit For Life

    Our Fit For Life program is our functional strength and conditioning program. Enjoy the aspect of a great community and working alongside our CrossFit program without high skill level components. We aim to prioritise low impact movements that deliver great results and keep your feeling and looking great. Building healthy joints and mindsets.

    Bodybuilding

    Where aesthetics are the goal, bodybuilding can be the way to go but this isn’t the only reason to follow a bodybuilding program.

    It can also be beneficial for anyone catering an injury or coming back from time off.

    Bodybuilding is a great low impact way of training which helps to support muscle growth and tendon health.

    This membership gives you access to ALL of our classes plus fob access to our training space from 04:00am - 11:00pm.

    AND with our Recovery add on you’ll even have access to unlimited Sauna and Cold Plunges.

  • PART TIME ATHLETE $52

    With access to two classes each week, this is the perfect option for you if you're looking to fit some training into an already busy schedule.

    OPEN GYM ATHLETE $38

    Whilst you won't be joining in in the classes, you'll still have access to our training space and equipment.
